“Betis Pun Jadi Isu, Betis Besar Ini Yang Bagi Kami Makan”

4 Beaten Down Dow Stocks That Can Rally By Mark Kolakowski | September 25, 2018 — 6:00 AM EDT SHARE Nearly half the stocks in the Dow Jones Industrial Average (DJIA) remain far below their 2018 highs, even as the index rises to set new records. Among these decliners are Walmart Inc. (WMT), The Goldman Sachs Group Inc. (GS), 3M Co. (MMM), International Business Machines Corp. (IBM) and Intel Corp. (INTC). Yet analysts say that several of these stocks will come back and rally, including Intel, Walgreens Boots Alliance Inc. (WBA), DowDuPont Inc. (DWDP) and Goldman Sachs. Meanwhile, research by Goldman finds upside potential in dozens of value stocks. 4 Stocks That Can Rally Stock Forward P/E DowDuPont 14.0 Goldman Sachs 9.2 Intel 11.0 Walgreens 11.1 Source: Yahoo Finance What These Stocks Offer DowDuPont and Walgreens were recommended by Michael Bapis, a financial advisor now at wealth management firm Rockefeller Capital Management, in remarks on CNBC. Chemical giant DowDuPont was created in a merger last year, and Bapis believes that the market has not fully recognized the value that this combination can produce. Regarding drug store chain Walgreens, he likes its 2.5% dividend yield, cheap valuation and same store sales growth. He thinks that brick-and-mortar Walgreens got neglected by investors during what he called the "Amazon stay-at-home economy craze." Stacey Gilbert, head of derivative strategy at Susquehanna Financial Group, told CNBC that her firm likes Intel based on its strength in data centers and a diversified business model that includes hot new areas such the Internet of Things (IoT), which is communication between smart devices via the internet, and autonomous driving. Her firm's price target of $58 for Intel implies a gain of about 24% from current levels. She also noted that options trading in Intel is sending a bullish signal. Analysts at Oppenheimer, meanwhile, like big bank stocks in general, and Goldman Sachs in particular. Goldman has attracted some recent buzz with its possible spinoff of an application called Simon that facilitates sales of complex debt products. Goldman's adjustment adds back R&D spending and what they call growth capital expenditures, or capital expenditures in excess of necessary maintenance, to reward companies that are investing for the future. Their basket of 50 stocks, as presented in their Sept. 14 U.S. Weekly Kickstart report, includes Intel, which has an adjusted FCF yield of 15%. The four stocks with the biggest adjusted FCF yields are Ford Motor Co. (F) at 31%, Western Digital Corp. (WDC) at 27%, Micron Technology Inc. (MU) at 26%, and Dish Network Corp. (DISH) at 22%.
